Always a big hit!
We have been purchasing Ten Little shoes for many years and have turned many friends and family members into these shoes. Recently, I went to a different, comparable and reputable brand to try a different style. Boy, what a mistake!! Not only did I pay more, the shoes did not hold up! I replaced those with some fun silver slip-ons chosen by my daughter! Can’t wait for our next pair!
Amazing customer service
We have been using Ten Little for our child for a little over a year now. Recently we ordered two pairs of shoes, which were marked delivered, but sadly not to our house. I reached out to customer service, and they were able to ship replacement shoes ASAP, while USPS investigated where the parcel was delivered. They are empathetic, quick acting, and offer amazing customer support/experiences. We ended up received the org. package, and touched based with Ten Little-and they were able to provide a prepaid shipping label for return of the secondary shipment. Will continue to keep my son in Ten Little for as long as possible!
