Kids grow fast! While each child is different, they usually grow half a size every 2-4 months based on their age. If you’ve purchased from us in the past, we will use our algorithm to predict when your child will need to size up and send you a personalized reminder via text. Please see the Easy Text Reorder section below for more information.
If your child is able to play in their stage with little supervision and is ready for a new challenge, it may be time to move up to the next stage! You can do this by visiting the Play page of their personalized shop to learn more about the milestones in the upcoming stage and shop new products. If you're unsure, feel free to retake the quiz to refresh your little one's personalized results!

We are proud to use materials that are friendly for both your child and the environment! We use natural rubber in our outsoles, 100% cotton lining and a high-quality phthalate-free vegan leather. In select Everyday High Top styles, we use faux fur lining for warmth.
Ten Little shoes are all about fit, so we made sure to include half sizes. We do not offer different width shoes, but they were designed to 3-dimensionally mimic the shape of your child's foot and the hook and loop velcro straps help obtain the proper fit.
Yes! Just remove the insoles.
The best way to know if your child is wearing the correct shoe size is to verify the fit with our insoles. Simply remove the insoles from each shoe, place them flat on the ground. Have your child stand on the insoles. If the longest toe lands within the cheetah line, then they are in the correct size! If not, you can use the manual fit tool inside our shoe box, take the Fit Finder Quiz, or request a free fit finder sizing kit.
Our shoes are easy to wipe clean. Both the upper and outsole of the shoe can be cleaned using a clean, soft cloth dampened with water. For our baby booties, we recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low.
Peel off the sticker that you wish to adhere to the shoe. Place on shoe and press on with a lot of pressure. While our stickers are non-permanent, they are durable and designed to stay on your kid’s shoes.
Yes! We offer physical and digital gift cards, which are available for purchase by visiting our Gifts page.
Upon purchase of a digital gift card, you will receive an email that includes our digital gift card and printable Fit Finder to forward to or print for the recipient. Our physical gift cards come with a physical fit finder as well as a pack of our Party Specialty Stickers! If you are interested in including a gift note, please email email@example.com.
Our gift cards do not expire. If the full amount of the gift card is not used on one order, the unused balance will be redeemable on subsequent purchases.

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes through standard shipping.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business of when you placed the order. For free standard shipping, orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that it often takes carriers 24-48 hours to update the tracking information in their system.
We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for an additional fee. Please allow 1-2 business days in processing time in addition to the 2 business days in transit. Unfortunately, we can not expedite orders to PO boxes, FPO, DPO, and APO addresses. Expedited shipping does not include Saturday delivery.

You can return all Ten Little brand items, except stickers and books, for free within 30 days of your order.
For items that are shipped directly from our partner brands, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section on the product page as return windows may vary. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and the original packaging must be intact. You can visit our Returns Page to start your return. We must receive your return within 30 days of the order date. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, do not initiate a return. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can exchange your order by visiting our Returns Center and initiating your return. Please note that we will not ship out your exchange order until your returned merchandise has been mailed back to us, and we cannot guarantee inventory availability until this time.

Visit Give A Little - the largest donation directory for kids and maternity gear - to find a local drop off location for your child's gently used shoes, toys, and more! All you need to do is input your zip code and our database will provide a list of donation locations nearest to you. View each location's page to see which items are accepted as well as drop off days and times.

Login to your account. Under the child you wish to update, select ‘Edit Size’. You will be able to manually enter their new Ten Little shoe size or retake the Fit Finder Quiz.
Visit the Sign In Page and select ‘Forgot Password?’. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping and only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must match the information on your credit card statement.
