We will automatically match you to the correct socks based on your Ten Little shoe size! You can also reference our size guide on the Socks Product page.
The best way to know if your child is the correct size is to verify the fit with our insoles. Simply remove the insoles from each shoe, place them flat on the ground. Have your child stand on the insoles. If the longest toe lands within the cheetah line, then they are in the correct size! If not, you can use the manual fit tool inside our shoe box, take the Fit Finder Quiz, or request a free fit finder sizing kit.
Kids grow fast! While each child is different, they usually grow half a size every 2-4 months based on their age. If you’ve purchased from us in the past, we will use our algorithm to predict when your child will need to size up and send you a personalized reminder via text. Please see the Easy Text Reorder section below for more information.
Ten Little shoes are all about fit, so we made sure to include half sizes. We do not offer different width shoes, but they were designed to 3-dimensionally mimic the shape of your child's foot and the hook and loop velcro straps help obtain the proper fit.
Yes! Just remove the insoles.
We are proud to use materials that are friendly for both your child and the environment! We use natural rubber in our outsoles, 100% cotton lining and a high-quality vegan leather that is free of PVC and phthalates. In select Everyday High Top styles, we use faux fur lining for warmth. All of our products are PETA-approved!
Peel off the sticker that you wish to adhere to the shoe. Place on shoe and press on with a lot of pressure. While our stickers are non-permanent, they are durable and designed to stay on your kid’s shoes.
Our shoes are easy to wipe clean. Both the upper and outsole of the shoe can be cleaned using a clean, soft cloth dampened with water.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email that includes our digital gift card and printable Fit Finder to forward to or print for the recipient.
Our gift cards do not expire. If the full amount of the digital gift card is not used on one order, the unused balance will be redeemable on subsequent purchases.
Standard shipping and returns on shoes are always free! For orders below $25, there is a $3.99 standard shipping fee.
We offer expedited 2-day shipping for $12.99.
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and the District of Columbia with standard and expedited shipping. All shoes and orders above $25 ship for free.
For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer standard shipping options. For orders less than $25, the shipping fee is $6.99 and for orders above $25, the shipping fee is $11.99.
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes through standard shipping.
Orders are shipped within 1 business of when you placed the order. For free standard shipping, orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for $12.99.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that it often takes carriers 24-48 hours to update the tracking information in their system.
We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for $12.99. Unfortunately, we can not expedite orders to PO boxes, FPO, DPO, and APO addresses. Expedited shipping does not include Saturday delivery.

You can return your child's unworn, unwashed shoes or socks for free within 30 days of your order. Original packaging must be intact. All stickers are Final Sale. Please visit our Returns Page to start your return. We must receive your return within 30 days of the order date. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.
The fastest way to exchange your shoe is to start a return on the shoe you purchased and order a new shoe.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, do not initiate a return. Please reach out to us at email@example.com.
We have partnered with Souls4Soles to help provide shoes to people who need it the most. If you size up with us, we will automatically include a prepaid shipping label in your reorder to donate your child’s gently worn shoes.
