Founded in 1919, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) provides a lifetime of financial assistance and essential services at no cost to over a million disabled veterans around the country. DAV accepts financial donations. Some local chapters, such DAV of Minnesota, accept donations of clothing and household items. Some other chapters, such as DAV Wichita, accept donated toys, electronics, furniture, etc.
